You are invited to participate in an international study on advanced cockpit aircraft.
The Advanced Cockpit Aircraft Survey (ACAS) has been constructed by NASA and is employed to survey the perceptions of General Aviation pilots operating advanced cockpit aircraft in USA, South Africa and Australia.
Your cooperation in completing the electronic questionnaire is a valuable input to the overall success of this crossâcultural study. The questionnaire contains a number of questions/statements where you are requested to express your opinion and experiences of advance cockpit aircraft.
- By completing the questionnaire, you give your consent to take part in this research.
- Answer each question/statement as honestly as possible and do not omit any.
- Data gathered will be confidential and only the researcher(s) involved in the project has (have) access to the data.
- The researcher(s) can be approached in order to clarify any issue, should doubts arise.
- Participation is voluntary and the survey is anonymous.
